HAYLEY DEXIS are looking for an Internal Sales person to join our well-established and expanding Online Sales team based at our headquarters in Halesowen. As our Internal Sales person you will be responsible for processing and raising purchase orders based on customer requests and enquiries, as well as a range of other duties. Excellent opportunities and career prospects are available. Key responsibilities as our Internal Sales: Processing and raising purchase orders based on customer requests and enquiries. Sourcing prices for products and delivery costs from suppliers. Liaising, engaging and communicating with other departments and divisions with the group. Receiving and processing incoming customer enquiries by phone and email. Using the IT system to accurately identify, source and price items. Recording enquiries, orders, invoices, and other documentation. Attracting and approaching potential new business i.e. building a customer portfolio. Skills we’re looking for in our Internal Sales: Valid UK driving licence and have a good local geographical knowledge. Experience of dealing with MRO products or working in an engineering/sales environment. Knowledge of Industrial Lubricants, Fluid Power, Bearings and Power Transmission would be advantageous. Customer- focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service. Good level of communication and numerical skills. Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Willing and able to learn about and support new products. Excellent time management and organisational skills and have the ability to work to deadlines and targets.
