What You’ll Be Doing
* Working and collaborating closely with Lead LX Designers, Digital Designers and other key project roles to create quality, bespoke learning experiences
As An Ideal Candidate, You Will Have
* Experience and passion for creating quality learning in the corporate industry as a minimum; experience in the vocational or tertiary education industry is a bonus.
* A natural tendency to be creative, think outside the box and problem‑solve.
* Proven experience in digital learning design, instructional design, learner experience design, immersive reality and gamification design, UX, LMS & LXP systems or development (depending on role).
* Relevant degree or qualification in education/psychology/organisation development / management, or similar.
* A demonstrated ability of collaborating with others during the design and development process.
* Outstanding communication skills with experience working with subject matter experts.
* A demonstrated ability of managing difficult situations, e.g. shifting/competing deadlines, challenging meetings, client expectations, and the ability to multitask.
* Attention to detail, be proactive and adaptable.
* Tech‑savviness and be comfortable using Google and MS suites, virtual collaboration tools, and top AI tools.
* Experience designing with or using online authoring tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Evolve, Adapt, Chameleon Creator and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
* Experience with applying human‑centred design or design thinking.
