LWC Drinks Ltd provides licensed establishments with all their bar and sundry supplies. We are the fastest growing privately owned drinks company in Britain, ranked 24th in the Sunday Times PWC Profit Track 100. Our goal is to deliver excellent customer service across 18 depots in the UK, with a Support Centre and Hub Distribution Centre based in Manchester.
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Knowsley
Salary: £25,209.60
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. Occasional weekend work may be required. A discretionary bonus of £2,000 is available based on targets.
Objectives of the Job
To retain existing accounts, report technical faults for customers, upsell certain products, and introduce new lines. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, handling high volumes of calls (complaints, queries, orders, potential customers, deliveries), and providing proactive customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure high standards of customer service by efficiently inputting orders
* Maintain a clear and personable telephone manner
* Resolve customer issues proactively
* Promote LWC Drinks' own brand products
* Build and maintain relationships with account managers and weekly telesales customers
* Upsell products where appropriate
* Handle administrative duties such as processing orders, sorting post, and filing
* Plan calls and identify gaps in supply using relevant systems
Key Skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to use the Trinity system
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Good product knowledge, with an interest or experience in wine, spirits, or the drinks industry
