Role Requirements:
6. Strong end-to-end procurement experience within the public sector or a similarly regulated setting
7. Working knowledge of UK public procurement legislation, particularly PCR 2015 and awareness of the Procurement Act 2023
8. Strong tendering and sourcing capabilities with a commercial mindset
9. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and managing supplier relationships
