We are currently working in partnership with multidisciplinary Surveying Consultancy, who are recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a temporary 6 month contract.
This is a full time role and the rates of pay are £16.50/flat, £24.50/house and £27/block .
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Completing 40-50 surveys per week on the Platform Housing project
* Liaising and engaging with clients in regards to works being carried out
* Working in accordance with changing legislation, as well as H&S policies and procedures
Experience required:
* Experience required in Social Housing
* Experience in carrying out Stock Condition Surveys
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* Risk assessment and management
* A keen eye for detail
* Strong communicative skills in order to liaise well with tenants
