About the role
We’re seeking a Landscape Project Supervisor - GreenInc to join our growing team in Edinburgh! Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the effective installation of commercial landscape projects in line with the project specifications and customer expectations. This role provides hands on leadership, training and support to the team members they work with.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support teams to deliver commercial landscape installations
* Complete Landscaping tasks: planting, paving, irrigation, turf and structures
* Ensure work meets project specifications, safety requirements, customer expectations whilst mentoring team members
* Conduct safety, quality and equipment checks, and support incident/near miss reporting
What we’re looking for
* A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven experience delivering or supervising components of commercial landscaping projectsAbility to interpret architectural drawings and manage time effectively
* Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Project
* Able to work under pressure and build strong relationships
* Current Driver’s Licence, National Police Clearance, White Card and a NDIS Worker Screening check
* Cert 3 in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, or equivalent
