Management Accountant (6 month FTC) | Award Winning Creative Media Scale Up | London / Hybrid Harmonic are excited to be partnering exclusively with one of the most exciting, fast growth scale ups in the multi label media space in the search for a management accountant to join the team during this exciting new phase. The Client: Our client are associated with delivering premium podcasts, digital and branded content across sports, entertainment, comedy and fiction. Working with creative media brands, they deliver award winning campaigns shows for the world's biggest brands and broadcasters. With headcount at 85 and a finance team consisting of a Financial Controller as well as a industry leading CFO, the business are currently turning over circa £25 million and are set to benefit from a new merger in an exciting new period for the company. They have a creative culture with an emphasis placed on exceptional performance and being the leading organisation within their space. The Role: This is a 6 month FTC with high likelihood to turn permanent, reporting into a Financial Controller and CFO, both keen on internal growth, development and progression. Following the merger of several entities within the group, they are embarking on a strategic transformation of their financial systems, controls, and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of a growing and ambitious media group. You'll be instrumental in harmonising systems, streamlining reporting, and embedding scalable processes across the group. We're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can confidently bridge strategic insight with practical implementation. Responsibilities: Support and in some elements lead the preparation and delivery of consolidated management accounts across all entities. Implement automated cashflow forecasting and invoice reporting tools. Assist in the automation of invoicing and project management Implement automated cashflow forecasting and invoice reporting tool Assist in the implementation of a purchase order and approval system Design and document efficient month-end close processes Develop dashboards and management reports to track KPIs. Assist with business planning, scenario modelling, and cash flow forecasting. Support and coordinate elements of the group audit. Assist with the review and improvement of expense submission and reimbursement processes.
