GP Training Programme Director (London - Enfield)
GP Programme Directors are responsible for providing education in a safe environment for doctors wanting to become GPs. This involves planning, facilitating and evaluating the process of learning. There will be support from the other Programme Directors.
1 FTC opportunity for a GP Training Programme Director has become available at the Enfield & Haringey Training Programme with a view to starting ASAP most probably from October 2025, currently lasting until October 2026.
Role of GP Training Programme Director: work with and support the Head of School in leading delivery of a wide range of functions, aligned to NHS England mandate.
Responsibilities
* Oversee GP School programme management and advise Head of School on specialty‑specific matters and trainee/trainer concerns.
* Recruitment to training posts and programmes.
* Use educational resources to support learners within programmes to fulfil their full potential.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in‑person.
