What you will be doing: Key accountabilities of the role include: Form part of the Vulcan site Leadership Team, as well as leading a team of project and other disciplinary professionals. Be accountable for the Vulcan IFM project, delivering in line with all customer programme and financial commitments. Responsible for the planning, delegation, monitoring and control of all aspects of the project in line with Rolls-Royce company processes, and the motivation of those involved. Ensure appropriate resourcing of the project in line with current and future needs. Build and maintain all appropriate internal and external stakeholder relationships. Act as the focal point and escalation route for all aspects related to the packages of work within the project. Provide information necessary to make management decisions to the key senior stakeholders. Identify, address and resolve differences between individuals and / or key stakeholders. Organize and chair schedule review meetings and report areas where senior management decisions need to be made. To be successful in this role you will need the following: Significant experience in the management and governance of projects of high complexity. Leadership of projects/ programmes across the entire project lifecycle an advantage. Experience in complex working environments essential, with work/ leadership experience in a nuclear environment an advantage. Experience of leading large professional teams, and excellent people engagement and stakeholder management capability. Degree qualified, or equivalent, and holding a project management qualification (or demonstrable equivalent industrial experience).
