Overview
The Padel Court Manager plays an essential role in ensuring the efficient operation of the site. This position requires a blend of strong organisational skills, customer service orientation, and analytical abilities to manage activities effectively. The Court Manager will oversee staff, coordinate bookings and foster a professional environment for both players and employees.
Duties
* Supervise the daily site operation
* Manage Padel Court Team Members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional development.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
* Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency of the site
* Conduct regular analysis of site activities to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements and organisational standards.
* Foster a positive customer service experience for all Padel Court Players, ensuring that their needs are met effectively.
Requirements
* Prior experience is advantageous
* Strong customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
