Based in Bristol, next to Temple Mead Station - Hybrid (2 days in the office) - starting salary £33,000
At CareScribe, we design cutting-edge technology that helps people work smarter, communicate better, and create more inclusive environments. What began as a mission to make workplaces and education more accessible has evolved into building tools that help people all over the world focus, stay productive, and feel connected.
Our products, Caption.Ed and TalkType are used by many educators, professionals, and businesses to reduce meeting fatigue, improve communication, and make everyday interactions more inclusive.
Behind the scenes, our websites are a key part of how people discover and experience our products. From site performance to structure and accessibility, every detail shapes how we show up online and how our users engage once they arrive.
Where you come in
As our Senior Technical SEO Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how people discover and experience CareScribe online. You’ll strengthen the technical foundations of our web properties and ship improvements that genuinely move the needle.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine technical SEO expertise with front-end implementation - coding, building, and releasing changes across structured data, internal linking, Core Web Vitals and clean, accessible templates. Your work will directly impact how educators, professionals, and businesses engage with our products every day.
You’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the Marketing team to prioritise, implement, and measure changes that improve discoverability, user experience, and conversions across CareScribe’s sites.
If you enjoy pairing Technical SEO knowledge with front-end implementation to create fast, scalable, and accessible websites - we want to hear from you.

* Evaluate off-page performance regularly and adjust your approach to boost search rankings and organic growth.
Web Build and Performance
* Bring designs to life by building landing pages, templates, and reusable modules in WordPress using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP templating.
* Ensure every page is responsive, accessible, fast, and optimised for SEO, so users have a smooth, inclusive experience.
* Optimise assets and loading strategies, test across devices, document changes, and follow a tidy release process.
Analytics, Tagging and Insight
* Own GTM and GA4 setups, making sure tags, events, and conversions are accurate and consent-aware.
* Maintain dashboards and turn analytics into clear recommendations that show how your work is improving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
