The Role: As a Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for one or more top-tier banking clients. You’ll be responsible for nurturing strategic partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving engagement across multiple stakeholders. This role requires a blend of relationship-building, project management, and product advocacy skills. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted advisor relationships with banking clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Project Management : Lead projects from commercial agreement through to delivery, aligning internal and external stakeholders to shared goals and timelines. Client Engagement : Present insights and lead discussions in Quarterly Business Reviews, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions. Product Expertise : Become a subject matter expert on the platform, supporting client education and internal advocacy, and influencing product development through client feedback. Continuous Learning : Stay informed on industry trends and developments through events, webinars, and research. Ideal Candidate: Experience in a client-facing or relationship management role within banking, consulting, or financial analytics. Strong understanding of financial services (Corporate & Investment Banking, Retail Banking, or Asset Management). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
