Do you have what it takes to support children and young people to learn, grow, thrive and achieve their very best?
Here at Pebworth First and Blackminster Middle Schools Federation, we’re looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team. We’re a mainstream school which welcomes children and young people with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and we want to appoint a colleague who can deliver a range of interventions to support their academic and pastoral development, as well as working alongside teachers to support in-class learning.
You’ll also assist in carrying out duties to ensure that our school remains a safe and friendly environment for everyone.
Our children are in Years 6 to 8, and come from Evesham and surrounding villages. They are delightful young people, and deserve the best. If you have the resilience, sense of humour, flexibility and drive to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you. You’ll need good interpersonal skills; a confident and professional manner; good numeracy, literacy and ICT skills and the ability to work alone and as part of a team. A sense of humour and flexibility would be an advantage!
The successful candidate will be based at our beautiful Middle School site in Blackminster, although there may be occasions when travel to our First School in Pebworth is required.
Visits from interested candidates are encouraged - please get in touch with Fiona Bolton, Business Manager, to arrange an appointment.
Pebworth First and Blackminster Middle Schools Federation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
