Duties of the Aftersales Manager:
* Lead and manage a small team of 4 Vehicle Technicians and 2 Aftersales Advisors to deliver high-quality service
* Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, maximising workshop utilisation and labour sales
* Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
* Monitor and achieve sales targets, budgets, and customer service scores as an Aftersales Manager
* Support and develop team members, maintaining a positive and professional work environment
* Support the implementation of policies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within a franchise-approved dealership, preferably within a small to medium-sized operation
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* IT literacy
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
* Live within South East Wales or nearby
