What You'll Need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in a customer service or support environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with CRM systems — Salesforce knowledge is a bonus Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and a ‘can-do’ attitude Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and product-related issues within agreed timeframes Show empathy and patience when dealing with challenging or sensitive situations Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions Stay up to date with product knowledge to confidently support customer queries Escalate any unresolved or ongoing service issues to the Customer Care Manager Support with general admin and ad hoc duties as needed Work towards customer service KPIs and targets This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm). You’ll be joining a supportive, down-to-earth team where your contribution truly matters. In return, you’ll receive : competitive salary of £29,000 plus a performance-related bonus. 28 days holiday
