Role overview
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist customers in finding eyewear that meets their needs. Responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and potentially conducting pre-screening eye examinations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting customer queries via phone, and processing payments.
Your goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits well and meets their vision needs. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing tailored, effective service that maximizes their visual potential and enhances their lifestyle.
