Senior Production ManagerBelfast£60,000Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Belfast, to recruit a Senior Production Manager.As the successful Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all production operations across your division division, ensuring output meets specification, quality and delivery requirements.What We Require:Have a third level qualification in either: Production / Mechanical / Process / Polymer EngineeringMinimum of 5 years management experience within manufacturingExperience of lean manufacturing tools (5S / 5WHY / SMED)Have a good understanding of materials managementHave excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skillsHave excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skillsHave experience of developing staff and achieving departmental and business objectivesHave strong IT skills including MS office and particularly excelHave strong people management skills in leading, managing and motivating teams to achieve challenging targetsFull Job Spec Available upon application.
