The Safeguarding Partnership is looking for a dynamic, organised and clear-thinking professional to lead on the further development and analysis of a multi-agency dataset.
Your next role
As Business Performance Analyst, you will influence decision-making through quality and depth of analytical insights and recommendations for improvement. You will be responsible for:
1. Optimising performance reporting structures and implementing a repeatable process
2. Optimising the current performance dashboard
3. Understanding performance trends
4. Identifying and highlighting opportunities for performance improvement
5. Developing reporting material in a succinct, visual manner
6. Driving strategic analysis and providing recommendations for ad hoc requests
7. Making sure that a focus on outcomes and performance is integrated in to everything we do
8. Acting as the Partnership lead on analytical techniques, producing and presenting performance reports as required
9. Ensuring all data and information sharing is in line with data-sharing protocols and that these are embedded within partner agencies
The skills, knowledge and expertise we are looking for include:
10. Ability to produce analytical products and reports from a wide range of data sets and intelligence to provide an informed and accurate picture
11. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people from a wide range of backgrounds
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
13. Ability to travel throughout the Borough
14. Experience of developing and delivering performance management and research in a public sector or related environment and the use of performance management to drive improvement
15. Experience of working in a multi-agency environment
16. Knowledge and experience of data protection, accessible information and data sharing procedures
17. Proficiency in the use of technology
18. Ability to work on a strategic level to effect change
19. Ability to plan effectively and set goals and work within timescales
20. Demonstrable evidence of successful problem solving
21. Ability to manage conflict and challenge
