Administration Assistant (Hire & Sales Coordinator)
Location: Stanhope Industrial Park, Wharf Rd, Stanford-le-Hope SS17 0EH
Hours: Full-time – Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm (with a paid 1-hour lunch break)
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 per annum (based on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage Sales Orders: Receive and process sales orders accurately, coordinating with the team to ensure equipment and transport are arranged for timely delivery.
* Keep Our Database Up to Date: Maintain customer records, update contact details, and track interactions to support smooth sales operations.
* Support the Sales Team: Provide administrative assistance to help the sales team stay organized and focused on achieving their goals.
* Handle Contracts and Purchase Orders: Raise customer contracts and generate purchase orders to keep processes moving efficiently.
* Coordinate Equipment Refurbishment: Send estimates to customers, track stock levels, and work with depot managers to ensure refurbishment projects are completed on time.
* Manage Inventory and Orders: Monitor inventory, assist with replenishment, and help resolve any stock discrepancies across depots.
* Assist with Transport and Logistics: Support transport operations by preparing paperwork, monitoring profitability, and handling invoice queries.
