Our Pickleball Coaches sit within our junior brands division as the majority of our sports courses we deliver are to children; nationally over 120,000 children attend our sports courses.
As a Coach, you’ll be highly motivated and committed to engage and inspire pupils of all ages and abilities within a safe setting.
Your UKCC level 1 or above qualifications will ensure that you can comfortably deliver high-quality sessions at a variety of levels, abilities, and age groups from children through to experienced adults.
What you need:

4. Knowledge of health and safety.
5. Be a great team player.
6. A coaching qualification (Level 1).
7. A First Aid qualification.
8. Experience of coaching in a community setting.
What you’ll do:
9. Deliver high-quality coaching.
10. Improve the level of coaching and increase the numbers on the programme.
11. Maintain a good and positive image of the Centre to customers and the public generally by providing a welcoming, helpful, and professional service.
12. Set up equipment.
13. Deliver first-class customer service.
14. Deal with customer queries.

15. This is a Flexible position. Hours of work will be negotiated with you in line with the needs of the service; flexible working may be possible. Working from home is not possible in this role.
