The role would suit a conveyancing assistant who can demonstrate upwards of 1 years' hands on work experience as a conveyancing assistant or conveyancing legal secretary. What's on offer?: Working one on one with an experienced residential conveyancer on a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgage matters. Responsibilities: Supporting a residential conveyancer on a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Ordering searches, and responding to enquiries. Drafting contracts.
