Working Hours:
* Flexible days, 08:00 16:30
* 5 out of 7 days per week, including occasional Saturdays or Sundays

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and support the parcel sorting team to meet daily targets
* Ensure accurate scanning, processing, and recording of parcels in the system
* Liaise with drivers, ensuring smooth operations and efficient deliveries
* Monitor team performance and help troubleshoot issues on the floor
* Maintain a safe and organized working environment
