Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, helping with compliance documents and gathering, assistance with the company website and brochure design and providing excellent support to staff and management.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a dynamic work environment. The position is suitable for candidates with prior administrative experience or those eager to develop their skills in a professional setting but you must be highly organised
Responsibilities
* Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing them appropriately
* Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
* Assisting with compliance documents and reporting
* Handling data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and databases
* Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
* Preparing correspondence, and presentations as required
* Providing general administrative support to team members and management
* Help with the company website and brochure design
Experience
* Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database experience
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
* Good sense of design to assist with the company website
* Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
* Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
* Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and record management is advantageous

Working hours are Mon to Thurs 09:00 to 18:00 and Fridays 09:00 to 16:00

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
