What you’ll be doing
* Leading engaging KS1 lessons across local Bicester primary schools
* Supporting pupils in their early learning journey with creativity and confidence
* Managing the classroom and ensuring a positive, purposeful learning environment
* Working with school staff to adapt learning activities to meet the needs of the class
* Delivering high‑quality teaching and contributing to pupils’ academic and personal development
What we’re looking for
* Experience teaching or leading learning within a primary school (KS1 experience ideal)
* A positive, proactive and reliable approach to education
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Someone who loves working with children and wants to make an impact
* QTS is desirable, but we also welcome experienced Cover Supervisors and Unqualified Teachers with strong KS1 experience
