Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients, directing queries or issues to the appropriate team members.
Deliver high-quality administrative support to your designated service area, maintaining effective systems and procedures.
Accurately input, process, monitor, and validate information in a timely manner with great attention to detail.
Assist in analyzing and monitoring key information and statistics.
Provide application support for BST users, resolving compatibility issues related to mobile/tablet devices and browsers.
Collect data and support preparation of reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff, offering routine advice and guidance as needed.
