Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of integrated creative projects within a fast-paced agency environment. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in project management who is organised, process-driven, and confident managing multiple workstreams while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple creative workstreams
* Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope
* Support client communications across email and meetings
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resourcing
* Identify potential risks and escalate issues when required
* Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation within project management systems
* Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a Project Management role (ideally 1+ years)
* Experience using Synergist is highly desirable; experience with other CRM or project management systems is also acceptable
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Additional Requirements
* Ability to work from home as part of a hybrid working model
* Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 are desirable
