Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Basingstoke
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + Bonus + Car Allowance/Company Car + Package

Join a well-established and respected housebuilder with a strong reputation for delivering quality residential developments across the South. We are currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support our busy and growing Commercial Team based in Basingstoke.
The Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting Surveyors and Senior Surveyors in the financial management of residential development schemes. You will be involved in the day-to-day commercial administration of projects, assisting with:
1. Procurement of subcontract trades
2. Preparing cost estimates and pricing variations
3. Monitoring and controlling project budgets
4. Maintaining accurate records and reports
5. Supporting with valuations and final accounts
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for a motivated individual with a strong eye for detail, who is keen to develop their career within the residential construction sector. Ideal candidates will have some experience in a similar role within housebuilding or construction and be eager to grow their commercial knowledge.
