What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
* Managing a full store operation overnight, taking responsibility for the full shift, safety, and wellbeing of colleagues.
* Ensuring high standards are maintained to prepare the store for opening and customer service.
* Managing people, including performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling, and payroll.
Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00).

* Comfortable working night shifts, adaptable to their physical and mental impacts, and committed to providing a safe and healthy environment.
* Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Resilient to the demands of night work.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to coach a team.
* Experience in monitoring KPIs or performance indicators.
* Ability to handle disciplinaries, performance issues, and employee relations.
* Capable of leading operations independently in the absence of senior management.
