Residential Conveyancing Assistant &Property Litigation Assistant Southampton Permanent - Full Time My client, a leading law firm, have two exciting opportunities for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant as well as a Property Litigation Assistant to join their Southampton team. In this role, youll provide vital administrative and secretarial support to the Fee Earners, helping to ensure the smooth running of residential property transactions or the litigation process. Your responsibilities will include opening and maintaining client files, managing telephone and email correspondence, arranging appointments, collecting documents, conducting research, compiling court bundles typing correspondence and draft documents, assisting with Land Registry searches, and maintaining accurate records. My client is looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
