You will be working as Care Team Leader on night shifts within a state-of-the-art care home which provides premium personal, dementia, and respite care, ensuring residents feel at home and well-supported.
Shift Pattern:
8pm to 8am on a two-week rolling rota:
1. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
2. Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
As a Care Team Leader (Nights), you will:
* Lead and supervise the night care team, ensuring effective handovers and guidance.
* Manage night rotas, maintaining adequate staffing and skill mix.
* Communicate effectively with the home management team, addressing concerns promptly.
* Conduct nightly team meetings, providing feedback and support.
* Oversee medication management, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.

We're looking for a Care Team Leader (Nights) with:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
* Significant experience in a similar setting, with a strong understanding of dementia and elderly care.
* Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and appraising staff.
* Knowledge of medication management and adherence to safety protocols.
