Coffee Service Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
Location: West Yorkshire
Region Covered: North of England & Scotland
We are seeking an experienced Coffee Service Manager to lead and develop our growing service operation. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, managing a large field-based engineering team and ensuring outstanding service delivery across a wide geographical area.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate a team of approximately 25 service engineers
Oversee day-to-day service operations across the North of England and Scotland
Ensure high standards of customer service, response times and technical performance
Manage workloads, scheduling, performance reviews and ongoing training
Drive operational efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement
Act as a key point of contact between engineers, customers and senior management
About You
Proven leadership and people management experience, ideally within a service or engineering environment
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
Confident managing a large, geographically dispersed team
Customer-focused with a strong understanding of service delivery standards
