We're seeking a hands‑on, motivated and people‑focused leader to take the reins of a busy, well‑loved pub on the outskirts of Southampton. About the Role As Pub Manager, you'll be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the venue, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth running of the bar and restaurant areas, and leading a positive, hardworking team.
