Job Summary
Grade 5 – £26,403 for 28 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £17,551.09 pro rata.
The Cylch Meithrin at Ysgol Wirfoddol Cilgerran is seeking to appoint a Leader. This is a term time position working 5 days per week, providing care and support to children aged 2 -3 years. The successful candidate would join us in working in an environment which promotes excellence, inclusion and high expectations.
Welsh Language provision is provided by Cylch Meithrin Ysgol Cilgerran.
Responsibilities
The Leader will provide quality care, support and educational activities for children aged 2‑3 years, ensuring an inclusive and high‑standard environment. The role involves fostering a nurturing and developmentally appropriate setting aligned with the council’s expectations of excellence, inclusion and high standards.
Qualifications & Experience
A good standard of education, and an understanding of children/young people’s needs and rights, together with experience of working with children is essential for this role.
Registration with the Education Workforce Council will be required for this post.
