This post will be based in Caithness General Hospital. The successful applicant’s role will be to provide services to the Catering, Laundry and Domestic services. This is a permanent part time post of 25 hours to be worked Monday to Friday with the hours 10:00-15:00 or as per service requirements. We offer a full comprehensive induction and training package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained in line with local infection control policies, Covid-19 guidance and maintaining compliance with the NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification, and Waste Regulations. To meet specified cleaning schedules, and promote and maintain high standards of cleanliness within the environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide services to Catering, Laundry and Domestic services; meet specified cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of cleanliness in line with local infection control policies, Covid-19 guidance, NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification, and Waste Regulations.
* Catering duties include regeneration of meals and preparation of salads, sandwiches and snacks.
* Meet specified Laundry Services standards as per NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specifications.
