Role Description We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our us as an Administrator to support our Court of Protection team. This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support the financial management of clients under Court of Protection orders. As Court of Protection Payment Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments from client accounts, assisting with billing, and maintaining clear and compliant financial records. Success in this position requires a proactive approach, strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be working closely with both the finance and legal teams to ensure that all payment activity is properly documented, reconciled, and aligned with client budgets and regulatory requirements. This is a key support role in ensuring the financial wellbeing of some of the firm’s most vulnerable clients. While full training will be provided, we’re looking for someone who is highly accurate, takes ownership of their work and can juggle competing priorities with confidence.
