Aftermarket Service Manager
Circa £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits (Negotiable for the Right Person)
A well-established engineering business is looking for an experienced Aftermarket Service Manager to lead a busy service and projects team supporting industrial customers across the UK and overseas.
The Role
* Manage and coordinate site service activities, maintenance projects and retrofit works
* Lead and support a team of site-based engineers and technicians
* Carry out technical support, quotations, site surveys and project planning
* Act as the key point of contact for customers, suppliers and engineering teams
* Oversee RAMS, scheduling and delivery of engineering projects
* This is primarily an office-based role with occasional travel to customer sites across the UK and internationally, including offshore locations when required
What We’re Looking For
* Engineering qualification (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
* Previous experience in a service management or engineering project role
* Strong understanding of industrial installation, maintenance or process environments
* Experience working within sectors such as power generation, oil & gas, heavy engineering or similar
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Knowledge of site safety procedures and project coordination
* Willingness to undertake relevant training and travel offshore as part of the role is essential
