Overview
Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) – M25 Region. Location: M25 Region (Mobile Role). Salary: Competitive + Company Van + Benefits. This role is for the Aviva contract across the M25 region, delivering planned and reactive maintenance and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and client requirements.

Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across multiple sites.
* Deliver PPM and reactive works in line with legislation and contract standards.
* Use CAFM/PDA technology for real-time job updates and reporting.
* Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and Wates policies.
* Provide excellent customer service while working independently.
Qualifications
* 18th Edition Electrical Qualification is essential.
* Strong electrical background with experience in building services or FM.
* Knowledge of statutory compliance and safe systems of work.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK driving licence.
