We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who wants to be part of a team of care coordinators helping to support patients in receiving the appropriate care. Beacon Medical is a GP surgery in Cleethorpes with a patient list of 13,000 patients. The practice is a friendly and supportive environment and we are looking for someone who is a team player to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact and representative for the practice either by telephone or in person. Liaise with all groups including patients, trade people, pharmacies, clinical staff, and outside providers.
* Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries, and direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and giving instructions.
* Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring logbooks.
* Book appointments and signpost patients to the correct services to enable self‑care, over the phone and face‑to‑face at the reception desk.
* Support the practice’s overall mission of providing professional, accessible, high‑quality, comprehensive healthcare services that inspire confidence in patients and the community.
