Salary Grade D Points 6 to 8 (£25,989 to £26,824 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £22,452.66.
We are looking to appoint a Data and Exams Assistant to join our academy in January 2026 on a full time, permanent basis.
Role Overview
As the Data & Exams Assistant, under clear instruction and direction from the Data & Exams Manager, you will assist with all aspects of the day to day management of the systems and processes for the inputting, analysis and reporting of data, and support the smooth and efficient management of all internal and external examinations held within the academy.
Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day data entry, analysis and reporting for the academy.
* Support the planning, coordination and administration of internal and external examinations.
* Maintain data quality and integrity across all systems.
* Generate and present reports to senior management.
* Assist with audits, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant experience in data handling or exam coordination.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
