Salary: £15.05 per hour + Sodexo rewards and benefits
Hours: 42 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday on average 8.5 hours per day (full flexibility required to support when the business requires)
Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time
We are seeking a professional and reliable Regional Security Supervisor to join our team supporting theDiageo site at Shieldhall. This role is responsible for supervising security operations across the cluster, ensuring the safety of people, property and assets while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Important: This role requires travel between locations within the region. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to use their own vehicle for work purposes. Fuel expenses will be reimbursed.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Cluster Security Manager, you will support the delivery of security services, oversee daily security operations, and ensure compliance with site procedures and Sodexo standards. This role requires a confident and proactive individual who can manage schedules, prioritise tasks and support the wider security team.
* Supervise daily security operations across the cluster
* Support the Cluster Security Manager with team coordination and scheduling
* Ensure all security procedures, policies and site protocols are followed
* Monitor site access and maintain a secure working environment
* Respond to incidents and ensure appropriate action is taken
* Maintain accurate records and complete required reports
* Support and guide security officers during shifts
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and security regulations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience within a security environment
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
* Confident decision-making and ability to work on your own initiative
* Basic PC skills and experience completing reports or logs
* Flexible and reliable approach to working patterns
* Ability to coordinate schedules and support operational planning
Essential Qualifications
* ValidSIA Security Guard Licence
* First Aid qualification
