Key Responsibilities:
Act as the front-of-house ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience and serving as the first point of contact for residents and visitors from move-in to move-out.
Coordinate building operations including move-ins, move-outs, apartment inspections, maintenance access, and ensuring homes remain lease-ready.
Support resident engagement, while building strong resident relationships to encourage satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.
Manage resident enquiries, issues, and requests efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and third-party contractors, and escalating complex matters when required.

A basic understanding of building operations and Health & Safety requirements.
Previous experience in hospitality, residential, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
