Our client, based in the Flintshire area, is currently looking for a Sales & Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and self-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will work within a dedicated sales team to maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and maximize sales opportunities.
Performance Objectives
1. Manage a portfolio of existing customers across various sectors.
2. Develop and grow customer accounts, reactivating old accounts.
3. Seek new sales opportunities through channels such as trade shows and website inquiries.
4. Respond to inbound calls and inquiries professionally.
5. Update sales activities in the system.
6. Utilize in-house database and manufacturing systems.
7. Collaborate with other departments as needed.
8. Achieve daily call targets.
9. Organize and plan your time efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
10. Build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
Person Specification
* Experience in a sales environment with a proven ability to meet targets.
* Excellent telephone communication skills and a confident personal approach.
* Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
* Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
* Ability to plan and organize workload efficiently.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
