£37670 - £60,000 OTE plus uncapped commission + pension
We're currently looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our acclaimed Accountancy & Finance team.

The Role
* Managing and developing a warm, established desk within Accountancy & Finance
* Building long‑term relationships that will inspire a loyal client base
* Partner & consult with your clients - you will be the expert
* Acting as a trusted advisor to both candidates - we often place our candidates at multiple points in their career
Client Base
You’ll work with an interesting mix of large corporate organisations alongside small, up‑and‑coming businesses, ensuring your role stays varied, engaging, and rewarding. No two days are the same, and you’ll gain real exposure across different business sizes and challenges.

About You
* Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant (senior level preferred)
* Experience or strong interest in Accountancy & Finance recruitment preferred not essential
* Commercially astute, relationship‑led, and motivated to win
