We’re a reputable and well-established air conditioning company seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Coordinator to join us on-site. This dual role is ideal for someone confident in both finance and office administration, who enjoys variety and is comfortable working independently within a small, professional team.

Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping (using Xero):

·Maintain accurate financial records

·Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable

·Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations

·Assist with VAT returns and CIS reporting

·Support payroll processing and monthly financial reporting

·Liaise with external accountants and ensure HMRC compliance

Office Coordination:

Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Coordinator

We’re a reputable and well-established air conditioning company seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Coordinator to join us on-site. This dual role is ideal for someone confident in both finance and office administration, who enjoys variety and is comfortable working independently within a small, professional team.

Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping (using Xero):

·Maintain accurate financial records

·Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable

·Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations

·Assist with VAT returns and CIS reporting

·Support payroll processing and monthly financial reporting

·Liaise with external accountants and ensure HMRC compliance

Office Coordination:

·Oversee daily office operations

·Handle phone and email enquiries

·Liaise with suppliers, insurance, and certification bodies

·Order and manage office supplies

·Provide admin support to management

About You

· Experience in bookkeeping and office admin (trade/construction industry a plus)

· Strong knowledge of VAT, CIS, and payroll processes

· Proficient in Xero and Excel

· Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

· A confident communicator and team player

· Must be able to work on-site (driving licence required)
