Warehouse manager

Our client in Bury is looking to recruit a Warehouse Manager to work out of their Distribution site on a permanent basis

The work will involve:

* Overseeing a large team of Warehousing Staff accross various departments
* Responsible for Goods In, Despatch, Picking and Packing and other Operations
* Liaising with suppliers and customers
* Reviewing operations and looking for ways to improve
* Ensure Distribution of orders in a timely manner
* Opening and Closing Site
* Training new staff members, conducting performance reviews and hiring
* Housekeeping, Health Safety and continuous site improvement

Working times and pay:

* Monday to Friday
* 08:30-17:00
* 40 hours per week plus flexibility when needed
* £40,000-45,000 per annum dependant on experience

Skills/Experience Needed:

* Previous Warehouse Management experience essential, minimum 3 years
* 5 years Warehousing experience
* Experience managing team of 25-30 staff
* FLT Licences an advantage
