As their Company Accountant, you'll act as the backbone of the accounting department, handling everything day-to-day, while collaborating with a strategic CFO who's focused on the big picture. Key Responsibilities Oversee all transactional accounting duties end-to-end - you own the process! Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports to ensure the business stays informed and compliant. Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing. Support budgeting and forecasting processes to enable informed decision-making. Partner with the CFO on key financial analysis and ad hoc projects. What We're Looking For Experience in MS Dynamics is an absolute must - proficiency is needed to hit the ground running. Professional qualifications (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) are desirable but not essential, hands-on accounting experience is essential. Strong financial acumen with an ability to work independently - you're essentially the accounts team! An eye for detail and ability to prioritise in a remote setup.
