Position: Client Services Advisor

Reports to: Financial Services Director
OTE: £35,000
Responsibilities
* Make contact with all leads provided with a view to arranging an appointment with a mortgage and protection advisor.
* Ensure all appointments are confirmed with the customer and mortgage advisor using the pre confirmation process.
* Ensure all appointments are booked using the Outlook diary system for the appropriate Mortgage Adviser or New Build Specialist.
* Maximise all opportunities for mortgage appointments from the leads provided.
* Ensure the development and maintenance of excellent adviser and management team relationships.
* Work as part of the Client Services Team to assist the Operations Manager in development of new projects and working relationships.
* Develop and maintain a good level of mortgage knowledge.
* Regular use of the 1-31 system to keep in regular contact with customers at all times.
* Focus efforts and actions on achieving mutually agreed business targets.

* As a Client Services Advisor, you would be able to communicate confidently and identify remortgaging needs for our clients.
Eligibility
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
* Proof of right to work in the UK: Passport or Birth Certificate.
