Are you passionate about customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships?
We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key driver behind ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You’ll provide proactive support and guidance to both customers and, where necessary, internal staff or external service providers.
Duties for this Customer Service role include:
1. Speaking with new and existing customers via phone and email.
2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalised support.
3. Setting up new accounts and advising customers on the company’s products and services.
4. Address enquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to support customer success initiatives.
6. Other general administrative duties.
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
7. At least 1 years’ experience delivering customer service or customer success.
8. Passionate about customer service.
9. Excellent communication skills and able to build strong working relationships.
10. Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
11. A team player with the ability to work autonomously.
12. Confident speaking to customers on the phone.
13. Computer literate and able to use MS Office.
