* Manage induction and on boarding processes
* Prepare HR reports, contracts and documentation
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
* First point of contact for employee queries and concerns
* Support managers and provide guidance on HR queries or policies
* Manage HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management and learning & development.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and recruitment best practices.
* Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases and outcomes
* Support Head of People and Organisational development with headcount reports monthly.
* Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being and workplace culture
* Assist the Head of People and organisational development and Group People Director with ad-hoc projects as required.

Skills and Competencies
* Minimum 3 years HR experience
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisation and administration skills
* Flexible working approach
