FCRMS Asset Management Business Systems Team Senior Advisor - 32232

This role is Senior Advisor in the Asset Management Business Systems Team (AMBST). You will support all EA teams and suppliers in the use of carbon tools, ensuring they become a core asset‑management system within the infrastructure programme.
Responsibilities
* Support EA and external users of operational carbon tools.
* Manage and deliver a range of services to users of carbon tools.
* Agree and maintain services with a range of different user groups.
* Act as senior product user for digital improvement projects of our carbon tools and data.
* Plan and manage user activities for implementation of carbon tool changes and improvements.
* Manage the resources and funding for carbon tool support and maintenance.
* Work with operational carbon communities and national leads as required.
Qualifications and Experience
* Significant experience and knowledge in carbon management in infrastructure assets, projects or programmes.
* Experience in asset management and/or infrastructure business processes.
* Experience in digital tool development or user implementation services.
* Experience in development of training and documentation.
* Knowledge and skills in stakeholder engagement and effective communications.
* Ability to identify, analyse, evaluate and implement improved ways of working.
* Ability to take decisions and solve complex business problems.
* A strong focus on efficiency, innovation and quality.
* Strong focus on customers and partners and ability to build and sustain relationships.
* Ability to manage yourself and work on your own initiative.
Benefits and Working Conditions
Primarily office‑based with occasional travel; any location for your office base is acceptable. The role includes mandatory training and participation in incident response when necessary. Fully funded opportunities exist to develop further academic or professional qualifications. Interviews will be scheduled from the week commencing 1st December 2025.
